Mike Foster
President and General Manager
Mike Foster started his drywall career on the manufacturing side of drywall. In 2001 he joined Rob’s Drywall Services Ltd. as an estimator. He quickly advanced to General Manager, and in 2005 co-purchased Rob’s Drywall Services Ltd. Mike has held many roles in the company through the years, he spent a couple of years sitting on the board of directors for BILD Calgary region and is currently overseeing all operations and is directly responsible for customer and trade relations as well as the productions schedule. Mikes passion and vision is visible through all levels of the company.
Marcy Foster
INTERNAL OPERATIONS MANAGER/DIRECTOR
Marcy Foster is a graduate from the University of Calgary. She started working for Rob’s Drywall Services Ltd. in 2003 part-time. Marcy became Office Manager in 2004 and in 2005 co-purchased Rob’s Drywall Services Ltd. Marcy’s role has evolved over the years. Today, she works with the various internal departments of accounting administration, estimating, and administrative support for all field opperations to ensure the continuity, efficiency, and overall internal workings of the company.
Chris Lewis
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Chris Lewis was a plasterer in England before he moved to Canada in 2003 and became a Service Technician at Rob’s Drywall Services only one month after he arrived. He has spent time in many different roles as the company has grown. In 2007 he became the service manager and over saw the running of the service department. In 2011 he also took on running jobsites as a supervisor while retaining the service team, in 2020 he hired a service coordinator reporting to him to take over the day to day happenings in the service department to focus more on the production side of the business, from there he moved to field operations manager who has multiple site supers and the service coordinator reporting to him and is responsible for the entire field operations team.
